In my role as a QA Automation Engineer at both Ruby Receptionists, Inc. and U.S. Bank, I have deftly navigated the intricacies of the quality assurance landscape. My responsibilities encompassed the development and execution of test automation across a diverse array of applications. This experience has honed my mastery of Agile Methodologies, Project Management, and Web/Mobile/API Testing.
In my tenure as a Claims and Referral Supervisor at Kaiser Permanente provided me with a strong foundation in leadership, project management, and analytical skills, which I seamlessly integrate into my approach to technology.
My journey in the technology space has been characterized by an unyielding commitment to growth, embodying the ethos of a lifelong learner. Currently pursuing a B.S. in Software Engineering at Western Governors University, I am resolutely working towards my ambition of becoming a skilled software developer. Ruby Receptionists Inc. Senior QA Automation Engineer
At Ruby I was on the Integrations team, here I worked to automate testing of their web applications and mobile app (Andorid and iOS), and testing of third party integrations with our applications. Throughout my time here I developed test cases, automated test scripts, and API testing for these integrations. I utilized Selenium for the automation piece, Postman for API testing. When these pesky bugs were foung, I worked tirelessly with my developers to pin point cause, and to find resolutions.
U.S. Bank QA Automation Engineer
U.S. Bank was my first foray into the Tech industry, and I was hooked. Here I worked to automate and test mainframe applications. A fun and challenging endeavor.
Western Governors University B.S. - Software Engineering
I am pursueing my bachelors currently in Sfotware engineering, I have learned a great deal from my experiences at WGU, and look forward to Graduation in June of 2024!
